Joaquin is originally from the Dominican Republic, but he has been living in the United States for more than thirty years. He has a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado at Denver, as well as a degree in Theology.
After serving as an executive for a Christian nonprofit where he oversaw over 200 leaders in 24 countries for several years, he decided to resign and start his own nonprofit, Global One80, which empowers leaders to transform communities. He launched this organization in 2017 and has since grown it to include over 70 leaders in 28 countries.
In 2023, he decided to use his expertise in project management, accounting, administration, compliance, branding, and communications to start Clario Consulting.
Everyone who knows him will tell you that he strives for excellence in everything he does and that he does not like to quit. If he doesn't know something, he will learn it. It's no wonder that his philosophy of life has been: "If it is easy, do it; if it is hard, try it."
